How to: Dashboard feature - Marketing Support

The feature-formerly-known-as Let Us Promote is here to make some noise about your event.

What is it?

Citizen Ticket can help to spread the word about your event, just let us know that you’d like a hand by selecting 'Marketing Support' and filling in a few details. Every event is different, so we tailor our promotion accordingly, but it can include social media posts and ads, newsletter inclusions, dedicated emails, online listings, and more, and it's a free service!

Why should I use it?

We want to help you run the most successful event possible, and sharing it with our networks can be an effective way of generating awareness and increasing ticket sales.

How do I do it?

Login to your organiser event and choose the event you’d like to promote. Head to ‘Marketing’, and select ‘Marketing Support’:

Tell us about your event; who’s performing, who is it for, any marketing you have planned, dates of any line up announcements, or anything else you think is useful.

If you have an image which is different to those on your Citizen Ticket event page that you’d like us to use, attach it here:

Enter your website, social networks and any other links.

Click ‘Request Support’, our marketing elves will get on the case and be in touch!

Remember, the more notice you give us, the better. With a longer lead time we can make sure your event doesn’t miss out on any activity, and maybe even schedule more!
