However, we have built in protections to ensure accidental or malicious cancellation;

  1. Cancellations will have to be confirmed by an affirmative-action within the UI
  2. Cancellations will have to be confirmed by the profile owner via email.

You will also receive a copy of the draft cancellation email to be distributed to your customers.
